​             Theta Nu Xi is proud to support the efforts of Girls for a Change (GFC), a non-profit organization that empowers girls to create social change in their communities by designing, funding, and implementing projects that tackle issues they face in their neighborhoods. Just as Theta Nu Xi challenges its members to transcend traditional boundaries and to strive for social justice, GFC inspires girls to have the voice, ability, and problem solving capacity to speak up, be decision makers, create visionary change, and to realize their full potential.

             By supporting GFC, we perpetuate our shared vision of strong, educated, and involved girls and women. The young women who participate in GFC programs possess many of the same qualities and values that are inherent in the members of Theta Nu Xi.
